Brain Injury

Some of the most devastating medical negligence claims are those involving injuries to the brain.

Damage to the brain can occur due to a delay in diagnosis and treatment, or through mistakes during surgery.

Our panel of solicitors are experienced in dealing with all aspects of Brian Injury Claims, including the following:

  • Brain Tumours

  • Subdural Haematoma

  • Meningitis and Septicaemia

  • Subarachnoid Haemorrhages

  • Hydrocephalus

One of the roles our solicitors have to perform when acting for a seriously injured person is to understand the extent of the injury, and how it was caused. This means getting all the relevant medical experts involved at the earliest opportunity - to assess your injury and to assist throughout your case.

If you or someone you know has suffered from a Brain Injury, which you feel is a direct result of negligence, then contact us today and we will provide you with an expert Solicitor who will be able to evaluate your claim and provide you sound legal advice.
